My first idea for a final piece, is a large projection influenced by Bill Viola, a contemporary video artist whose artistic expression depends upon electronic, sound, and image technology in new media. My concept would be to project recorded sound waves onto a large blank wall. The projection will display the song through video and will be muted so the audio can only be interpreted visually. The sound waves projected are of a the popular song "Baby Boy" by Beyoncé, however i distorted the song to become a unrecognisable audio. To do this I duplicated several layers and added a different effects to each layer.
